The General assembly of the share holders is the highest decision making body of Timret agro industry s.c. It elects the directors and decide on their remuneration, hears the reports of the board and the external auditors, and decides on the appropriation of the net profits of the company. However, extra ordinary general meeting of shareholders can be held more often, as deemed necessary based on the company status. The company is led by the board of directors; the board of directors have seven members. They should be elected for a period of 3 years. The board has president, vice president, secretary and members. It is responsible for policy makers, approval and follow-up of annual programmers and begets, and the appointment of the chief executive officer of the company.
Timret Agro Industry S.C. has set up an office headed by the General Manager, to manage the company. Board of directors are elected by the general assembly and are the policy maker.
